I've never seen that many locks and would strongly suggest you raise an SR on SupportNet and give details of your situation there.
I would hope there is a method - but equally, if not more, important is - why are there so many locks and how to resolve/avoid this?

Can anyone point me towards any Pads API documentation. Support are not very forthcoming.
I have had the exact same fatal error messages, opened up a SR2685471697 at one point and the problem could not be reproduced with my files. But yeah, this never showed up until installing 9.2. For the record, I am running Windows 7 Professional, SP1.
The only thing that seems to get rid of this message is to copy your .hyp file to another directory.. annoying but it works.
Anyone else get this error message?

I am trying to figure out how to setup a symbol in PADS Logic that uses alphanumeric pin numbering, and I keep getting an error that reads.
“Error: PCB decal RJ45_10GANG not valid for part with pin mapping - Non-numeric pin number A1..”
On the PADS Layout side this doesn’t seem to be a problem. This schematic was originally created in OrCAD and converted to PADs Logic. This part must have worked using OrCAD because it’s in a layout with all of its routing complete.
Looking for the correct way to create an alphanumeric pin numbered part in Logic.
I believe the answer depends upon which version of PADS you are running. I see "pads_alphanumeric_tg.pdf" in my pdfdocs folder from V2007 but I thought they changed it again after that.
You need to disable the pin mapping as that only works with numeric (sequential) pins. Then you define the pin mapping in the 'pins' tab instead of the 'pin mapping' tab. Obvious, right?!
This is a questions based on how to configure attributes and properties to make is easier to group parts as a sum to maintain edit-ability. I have been searching for a way to be able to isolate specific systems within a project (groupings of wires, connectors, splices and devices) in order to be able to quickly select them via the "Select by Attribute/Property.... dialog box" based on attribute, properties, value descriptors.
I have discovered that when using the "Select by Attribute/Property.... dialog box" with more than one schematic page open and the selection includes parts across numerous pages, the Delete command is inhibited. Is there a way to get around this? Being able to delete multiple parts across multiple schematics via 1 search request is a great way to layer components via system design and quickly create variant configurations. one would be able to use a master configuration and quickly adjust it for specialized designs.
I was wondering if anyone has come across an effective way to do this.

The ground pads are not recogonized when doing the solderpaste optimisation through valor vSure .I have n't seen any useful attributes to apply the Ground pad in Feature attributes.
I would like to get the slots for the Ground pads in the stencil Layer .Can you please give a solution if you have an idea on this.

The FILE_LM_LICENSE path is set to my licence file
As my PC is not under network, there is no license servor.
My license key file looks like :

When i run my exe (mcc68k), i have the error :
get_license failled
I don't understand what the trouble is ?
When i use lmtools to diagnostic the license, the return is "lmdiag can't check because the hostid has a non-standard value"
but it's seem correct with the getmac return value

the path in my FILE_LM_LICENSE is correct, the license is under validity and the Hostid is correct
Is there an other thing to do ?
I keep a master project containing each grouping of connections terms, and seals options. All sunk into a harness that can be reported and copied into excel without a tool. It takes a bit but once set up they just need to be maintained and reported. Aside from that i have no other way of doing it. if you don't need the terminals or seals it is much easier because you don't have to provide an array of wire gauges to achieve your goal.

I have a statement like this in my calibre DRC tvf file:
LAYER SRAM_OUTLINE 65001
LAYER MAP 123 DATATYPE < 65000 65001
LAYER MAP 124 DATATYPE < 65000 65001
LAYER MAP 125 DATATYPE < 65000 65001
LAYER MAP 126 DATATYPE < 65000 65001
From the documentation it appears that, the above statement will have the same effect as doing an OR of 123 , 124,125, 126 and putting all the polygons in a single layer 65001. Is my understanding correct?
I have another OR statement:
thin_lines = OR SRAM_OUTLINE SRAM_OUTLINE SRAM_OUTLINE SRAM_OUTLINE
Calibre issues error on the above statement:
ERROR: Error INP5 on line 57 of SVRF generated from TVF - identical input layers for this operation: or.
I understand doing on OR on same layers is redundant, but why an error. Is there a way to convert the above ERROR to warning in calibre?

The environment variable used to locate a license is LM_LICENSE_FILE. Please correct your variable name and try again.
Also, be aware that nodelocked uncounted licenses do not work over remote desktop or other modes of remote login to Windows machines.
