In xPCB, if Angle Lock is on, Move one Draw Object sloping side, Draw Object Snap Grid is disabled. The is bug?

Interesting. I looked up the Gerber standard (you can Google it) and see it does support negative coordinates. Only PADS does not support negative coordinates in the Gerber output. That's odd.

Another option is Find Replace Text and copy the output window report.

One alternative way would be to use the Keyin Netlist (File > Export > Keyin Netlist) although QCV does a lot cleaner job and can handle Global Nets specifically.
