Hello,
I'm routing all kinds of different differential pairs (ethernet, PCIe, SATA, HDMI) but somehow I can't seem to let them normally enter or exit an IC.
I think this is due to the differential separation required, which differs per IC pitch.
For example, on top/bottom layers I use 0.18mm traces with 0.13mm gap to achieve 100R diff impedance, but the pins on which they need to connect are 1mm separated.
I tried playing with the constraint manager editing separation distance, distance to convergence and convergence tolerance, but nothing seems to solve it. Whenever I try to put a trace it says 'Multi plow failed'.
Anyone have any idea how to solve this?
