Clearance and net0

Hello,

i have:

class to class clearance:

ISO1 - ISO2 -1mm

default(with net0) - All - 0.1mm

i need to be sure that ISO1 - ISO2 will not be violated thru unused N.C. pin pad with net0.

Is it possible?
