PREVENT FORM TO BE CLOSED WHEN PROJECT OPEN

Hi, i setted up Dxdesigner to open a Form (.efm file) (in Setup -> Settings -> Run On start-up -> Form:) but when i open the recent project in the welcome page the form is closed.

How can i prevent this?
