L-Edit keyboard shortcut key for drawing boxes

Hello,

I am working with L-Edit Win64 15.23.  I very frequently switch from selection mode after drawing a box by hitting the Esc button and then go back to drawing boxes but hate to have to click on the drawing boxes button on the toolbar.  Is there a way to get a keyboard shortcut key so that I can toggle from selection mode to drawing boxes without using the mouse?  Seems like a very basic and simple feature but I looked in Setup --> Application --> Keyboard and while there are many features that can be assigned to a keyboard shortcut key, there is nothing for drawing boxes.

Is there anything that can be done?
