Yes, you can do it easily even from Excel level.
You just need to modify MDB file - it is a database that holds all parameters of your library. When you modify parametric data, you modify this database, but it is not very convenient because column and row operations don't work.
Just look at mdb file in your library. IT is usually in \DxDatabookData
You can edit it wit Excel, MS Access or free editor like MDB Viewer Plus.
In this way you can copy, modify and even write a formula that would generate whole E192 resistor series at once:)
