How to Teardrop traces

Using Expedition 7.9.1

Have a large track which need to neck down/teardrop into a pad - how do I do this?

From what I see the standard settings in expedition teardrop pad-to-trace this is not what I need to do

What I need to do is trace-to-trace teardrops.
