You can export an ASCII file with only the Rules selected , and then import that ASCII file in your new design. Dont forget to check the rules once you import the rules in the new design

Is the netlist encrypted or ASCII?We have an own made ASCII netlist converter which can convert Eagle, Designspark, Ultiboard etc. netlists to a Mentor .kyn format, which can be imported in Xpedition.
