BoardSim Sweep Manager setup missed parameters

I am trying to do boardsim for a ddr3 circuit. I want to use sweep manager to setup the buffer with different odt value just like the demo on "MG576766 HyperLynx SI: Sweeping Design Parameters During Post-Layout Analysis"

I have assigned the ibis model for both controller and sdram (I used qpl file to assign those models) and chosen one data net. In my sweep manger, I can't find the parameters for the programmable buffers.

I checked IBIS models, both controller and SDRAM has different model selector available.

Any suggestion to fix the setup? 

BTW, if I export the net to do linesim, I can see the programmable buffers in sweep manager setup shown as below,
