Update Symbols, Libraries & all properties.

I know there is an update library,update symbol & update other objects function.

However once a part is placed in schematic and library & database has been changed

those properties changed on parts do not seem to update.

The only way to update seems to delete the part and place a new one after all these updates are done.

Any ideas I would think these tools should update schematic with ALL new library data.
