Can´t start PCB Browser

Hello,

I want to use the Mentor Expedition PCB Browser (xPCB Browser VX.1.1)

After installation I can´t start the Browser, and a windows failure occures:

Does anybody about this problem and can help me how can I start the PCB Browser?
