It appears there's another path in your MGLS_LICENSE_FILE value. I'm not sure how it's getting in there but it's in the application tree so it my be getting added by the tool itself. Please look at https://supportnet.mentor.com/portal?do=reference.technote&id=MG586919 and verify all steps for Mobile Compute have been completed. Make sure the GUI is configured to use the path from the system environment. You can refer to the last section for troubleshooting. And post the results back if you like.
Otherwise, it's probably best to open a Service Request.
