How to invoke DRC , while calling a Release Design Webservice

Hello

I am executing Release Design Web Service successfully ,I want  to activate certain DRCs while releasing the design , output which controls the design Transition.

These DRCs might be Custom / OOTB as well.

Can some one suggest , how to call these DRCs while Releasing Design .
