Pads to ODB translation issues.

Has anyone seen or heard of any issues translating pads to odb?

I have a design where an elliptical pad  is shown oversize in the ODB but not in the design or gerber.

Also have an issue where the solder mask for a slotted padstack is shown rotated by 90 deg in odb.
