Re: API IXWireEnd - Wire_End ID

Hi Simon,

Thanks for your answer.  My concern is, the IXWire.getWireEnd() return a java.util.Set instead a java.util.List, so, the Set "ordering" is really random, most of the time, each iteration are return correctly, but I had a case with a wire, the set was "inverted".  So since this is not a list or a map, I don't trust this solution.  I don't understand why the .getWireEnd() return a Set, personally, I use a java.util.Set when I didn't want duplicated value and the order isn't important. But as I know, a Wire never can have the same wire end (it is possible, but why...).

Since I discover this issue, to be sure I use the right wire end, I use the IXWireEnd.getPin(), but again, my issue is, in the case my wire isn't connected at 1 side(for this situation, I may create a check with the opposite wire end), or at both side (I know, this is not practical, but can be useful for provision, stow or coil wire), my wire end result will not be return.

Regards,

Eric
