Panel Break Away Creation in Valor

Hello

Is there any option to create the panel break away attributes to library or any other method ? I mean ,I need to set 5 no of mouse bites (Routing Holes ) in different location in the same pattern..if the same  can  copy paste from library this will be very helpful to align the same order & to save time ,Also how can I create the large slot in the panel
