The Functional Module Code assignation configuration was defined in the chart below
(Actions»»Processing»»Modular»»Assign Functional Module Code)

However as you can see the terminals, seals and plugs are not available here.
The terminals and seals will be associated to the module of the wire.
The Plugs in case of cavity open on parent design will be associated to Module of connector.
The software isn't able to generate plugs after the breakdown/processing in cavities that will be empty in some modules.
In case of necessity to have the Plug you can add as adittional component.
