After a call this morning confirming that Glynn had registered twice for a log in on the Beta site and has not received a confirmation, and advising Glynn that the supportnet login details will not work, I have re-registered Glynn this morning on the Beta login page.
Jim can you confirm that you or Yan can see this request now? This is the same request I contacted you about on Wednesday (16th).
