How to tell if a project is Vx or 7.9X

I am running a .efm script using VBscript in Expedition, I have a need for a way of telling me if the Expedition project is in 7.9.4 OR Vx.  Is there a file or some text in a file somewhere in the project structure that will give me a clue that will let me know what version the Project is in??
